退款政策

At Vinterra, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards. Because of the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final. Please review our strict return and refund policy below:


Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • For hygienic reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.


Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Vinterrajewelryco@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item only. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
  • Vinterra is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds will be provided in these cases.
