Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–21 business days to process before shipment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location and service selected.
  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
  • International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
  • Vinterra is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Vinterra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We may assist in filing a claim, but replacements or refunds are issued only at our discretion.

 

International Orders

 

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
  • Vinterra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
