Order Processing

- Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–21 business days to process before shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location and service selected.
- Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
- International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
- Vinterra is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Vinterra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We may assist in filing a claim, but replacements or refunds are issued only at our discretion.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
- Vinterra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
